The course includes a number of topics such as:
Customer Journey – Enquiry conversations, inspection, booking and aftercare.
Ceramic coating – Packages, pricing, installs, efficient applications and quality control.
Sanding both by hand and machine,
Pad technology, correct priming, care and optimum use,
All polisher movements, rotary and forced rotation,
Business – knowing your costs to allow you to price correctly,
Social media management – Systems to help your online business
Systematic approaches– drop off, customer education, communication, vehicle inspection and checking work.

Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and be offered the opportunity to join our trainee forum as a method of after support post training.

The course is currently €420 per person and we take a maximum of 10 people.

NOTE** The demo car would be ceramic coated as part of the class to allow you to use ceramic coatings
